We have over 8 years Network and Desktop Support experience.
Our employees are CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified Professional certified. We have
MCSEs and CNAs on staff and are a Microsoft Access Partner.
We have successfully supported many clients with hundreds of
workstations. We have the ability to remotely configure, install
and maintain workstations and servers. Most of our new
installations are Migrations from a windows NT or Novell
environment to a Windows 2000/XP infrastructure. In addition to
our workstation and server support services, we have designed
and implemented VPN solutions for mobile employees and have
secured networks by using firewalls and SSL services. We have
also implemented WANS using T-1 lines to remote locations and have
brought real-time invoicing and inventory control to the users by
implementing terminal services. There are not many operating systems or
networking packages with which we haven't had experience. We have supported
large networks with several NetWare, Windows NT, UNIX, and VMS Servers and
over 200 workstations running Windows 3.1/9x/NT, Macintosh OS and OS/2.
